Welcome to our Network-Wide Terms of Service. These Terms apply across all websites, subdomains, digital storefronts, and services operated under the umbrella of Frozen Arctic Services, LLC (including but not limited to Frozen Arctic Services, Alaska Original Specialties, Cats, Coffee & AI, Ye Olde Gaming Shoppe, Sue’s Tiny Costumes, Sue’s Designs, Mezzanotte Sol Designs, Mercury Solar Solutions, Tech Is My Soul, Unemployment Sucks 4 Us, and Craft Pattern Emporium).
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Frozen Arctic Services, LLC (an independent creative enterprise operating out of Palmer, Alaska). By visiting our sites and/or purchasing products or services from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
1. E-Commerce & Storefront Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
- Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, sizes, and descriptions of our products. However, because our physical products are produced in partnership with Print-on-Demand (POD) and manufacturing services (such as Printify, Contrado, Custom Cat, Gooten, InterestPrint, Gelato, and The Game Crafter), minor variations in printing, alignment, and material color may occur.
- Pricing and Availability: We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit sales quantities at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service or any product.
- Refusal of Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made.
2. Digital Goods & Intellectual Property License
Our network specializes in a blend of digital and physical assets. All digital products—including but not limited to ebooks, downloadable .stl files, sewing patterns, .PES machine embroidery files, cutting patterns, and automation recipes—are the proprietary intellectual property of Frozen Arctic Services, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
When you purchase or download a digital product from our network, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license subject to the following rules:
- Personal Use & Small Business Crafting: You may use our patterns, embroidery files, cutting designs, and STL files to create physical items for personal use or to sell as finished, hand-crafted products (such as handmade doll clothing, embroidered hats/polos, customized mugs, or 3D-printed organizers).
- No Digital Reselling or Redistribution: You are strictly prohibited from copying, sharing, distributing, transferring, reselling, sublicensing, or uploading our digital files (including original patterns, converted files, or ebooks) to any other server, marketplace, or file-sharing platform.
- No Mass Production: Our licenses are intended to support hobbyists, makers, and small, independent craft businesses. Commercial mass production or factory-scale manufacturing of physical goods derived from our digital files requires explicit written permission.
3. Account Security & Verification
If you create an account on any of our sites, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
To protect our e-commerce checkout flows, user registrations, and login portals from brute-force attacks and automated spam, we utilize Wordfence security systems and Cloudflare Turnstile bot-detection technology. Turnstile operates seamlessly in the background to verify human traffic. Your use of our sites is subject to these verification processes, and any attempt to bypass or disrupt our security firewalls may result in immediate suspension of your account and network access.
4. User-Generated Content & Comments
If you leave comments, product reviews, or submit materials (like photos of your completed crafts or 3D prints) on our websites, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free license to edit, publish, distribute, and translate those submissions in any medium.
We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
5. Disclaimers of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- “As-Is” Service: All products and services delivered to you through our network are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability: In no case shall Frozen Arctic Services, LLC, our team members, or our third-party fulfillment partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Palmer, Alaska.
